Vodka Pasta Recipe

Liora Brill shares the recipe for the popular Vodka Pasta


Being a pasta lover myself, when I found this recipe I fell in love. This vodka sauce pasta is a must-have meal, and it is a pretty simple dish to make. It is easy and tastes amazing. You only need four ingredients for the sauce and the serving size is for about three people. The ingredients are:


½ of an onion, roughly chopped.

1-2 garlic clove, diced, (Depends on how much you want). 

2.5 oz tomato paste

8 oz heavy cream 

1 tbsp vodka 

16 oz bag of pasta, your choice

1 tbsp Olive oil 

1 tbsp butter

Parmesan Cheese 

Salt, pepper, chili flakes 


Chopped basil 

1. Begin by making your pasta with a little sprinkle of salt in the water. 


2. Heat your frying pan and pour a little bit of olive oil in it. After it heats up add your onion and garlic, wait for it to darken in color then add your tomato paste. 


3. Mix both your garlic and onion with the tomato paste and let the tomato paste reach a little bit of a darker red. 


4. Once your tomato paste has darkened a bit add your heavy cream. Combine both the paste and the cream. Once it begins to bubble add your vodka. The vodka will evaporate and then your sauce is done.


5. Once your pasta is done combine the sauce and the pasta. Add your butter and parmesan, (use as much or as little as you want). Add a little sprinkle of salt, pepper and chili flakes. Plate it then top with basil and enjoy!
